That's What Makes Me Sick

That's What Makes Me Sick August 2, 2022: Footnote to PBS: I do not want to see Jon Stewart's face for the rest of what's left of my life. You would feel the same if he stole your content. Shame on you. August 2, 2022: Footnote re. Alex Jones. People don't think. They don't analyze. They believe what they want instead of what's true. That's what kept Alex Jones in business for such a long time. Any thinking, rational person would conclude that you can't fake a classroom slaying. There are too many victims and witnesses to such a crime. The corporate media - which includes PBS - wouldn't dare tell such a lie because they know they couldn't get away with it, no matter how much profit it may be worth. But the corporate media did lie for profit about one crime victim and one witness, myself, because they knew they could get away with it. Does that make it right, getting away with it? They better not expect any pats on the back from

Tools of Oppression

Tools of Oppression My foot is still hurting, but I work on it anyway. Not much fun going to a warehouse job with a sore foot. We have no more doctors or nurses in Canada. They've all moved to the U.S. for bigger paychecks. If you get hurt in Canada, you just have to do without medical attention. I noticed a police van outside my place of employment at around 11:45pm last night (Saturday night). It reminded me of all the times that cops would come around to check on the lies about me that circulate on the internet. They sure tell a lot of nasty lies about me behind my back, eh? Those cowards. Anyway, the cops didn't stick around. They left as soon as they saw me come out to the loading docks. Coincidence? It's the kind of thing that happens to you when your work is popular but Google wants to hide its popularity from people in your region. Every fraud on the internet wants to cash in your popularity and it causes you endless grief. It's been wrecking

What Time Is It?

What Time Is It? I'm badly injured at the moment. I think I broke my baby toe and I can barely walk, so I'm at home, watching some good reliable downloaded content from an earlier age. The most rewarding laugh comes from pain. Take it from an unacknowledged expert. And this modern attitude of being overly sensitive is destroying comedy. It was understood in my time that a character like Archie Bunker or Fred Sanford was a joke. Now people are too sensitive to get the joke, and it tells in today's weak punchlines, which are more concerned with sparing people's feelings than with finding their funny-bones. That's one solid point I needed to share tonight. Another is about cannabis use; don't let analysts scare you. Analysts only know how to analyze. They'll examine a sample of marijuana and tell you that it contains over four hundred chemicals. Big deal. How many chemicals does a frozen TV dinner contain? Cannabis was smoked almost ubiquito

Two Unreported News Items - with Amendments (July 26/22)

Two Unreported News Items Not much new to report this week. Continuing heat wave, continuing economic crisis, continuing war in Ukraine, continuing U.S. president infected with a flu against which he was supposed to be vaccinated... I'd have to dream up too much of my news report to distinguish it from last week's, so I'm skipping it until something happens. To me it's not news to tell people what entertainment they watch. That's more like a commercial advertisement. I try to separate my commercials from my news items. I can tell you two things the news could report, but won't: (1) the conspiracy of stars and networks against the public, with regard to the thousands of posts stolen out of my Blogger and YouTube accounts since 2005 - not a theory but a fact, and (2) news programs are so threatened by my blogs that they devote whole segments against them. (PBS: What We're Watching : Oh, there's just loads of great content out there! Su

The Great COVID Distraction

The Great COVID Distraction There's a major war being fought right now, but I'm going to do something that scares politicians more than cluster bombs or hypersonic missiles; I'm going to share the truth. You won't find anything remotely resembling the truth on your networks. I just heard one of them comparing the Ukrainian president with Tom Hanks. (Why, ABC? Oh, because he acted in a comedy show? Well, he's not acting now. Do you really think your corrupt Hollywood idol could stand in his shoes?) You see, everyone, commercial networks just want to manipulate you. It's so clear. And now I want to talk about the BBC's report on how Netflix is losing two million subscribers. The network reporting the story (BBC) thinks Netflix should sell commercial timeslots to solve its problems. (Is that what BBC News does? It says its a public broadcaster. Who pays for BBC? Can we cancel it?) Anyway, I don't know about you readers, but I put up with

The Drowning Howl: Sunday July 17, 2022

The Drowning Howl: Sunday July 17, 2022 2:00am Good early morning again, and welcome to the Drowning Howl where fiction is stranger than truth, the way it's supposed to be. Here are our weekly announcements. A nationwide breakdown in internet service has raised concerns of foreign sabotage. The trouble started when an unidentified satellite was caught blinking suspiciously over a key installation in the Arctic Archipelago by one of our military balloons. Chaos broke out as consumers struggled to complete their transactions in Cyrillic and as emergency services were paralyzed by a powerful propaganda broadcast which drowned out all incoming calls. Our service provider dares not admit its vulnerability to such attacks and has assumed full responsibility for the service interruption, while the satellite's distant owner has, characteristically, denied any involvement. The incident proved a point for amateur sociologists who say that trust in computers has rise

Something to Watch

Something to Watch I recently viewed Keith Allen's Unlawful Killing (2011) on YouTube and it was a true eye-opener. It talks about the inquest into the death of Diana. In a case like this, as he points out, how could a Royal Court of Justice prosecute the royal family? The very language of the options to which the jury was limited in their findings had been restricted to the most innocuous phrases possible. For that reason, the jury had to settle for the term 'unlawful killing' when they may have preferred to call it murder. You can see the evidence for yourself in the video. Further language restrictions forced them to indentify the culprits by the words following drivers , which the media exploited to finger the paparazzi; but those photographers were well behind the scene of the collision. The media also told everyone that the jury ruled it an accident, rather than an unlawful killing. So they lied. And, of course, no one is pursuing the true culprits

Question for Lawyers: Why Didn't I Get a Lawyer?

Google Who Do You Blame? You know, when the truth started coming out about how all the stars on the TV and radio plagiarized my content, almost every person I told about it asked me, 'Why didn't you get a lawyer?' I guess they thought I didn't already try to get help from every name in the yellow pages. I guess they forgot about how I went to Ottawa looking for help in 2007 and was so discouraged at the time that I ended up coming back here. I have tried endlessly to get a lawyer - if only to find out what's going on at this blog at this moment where I don't receive any views or comments for work that makes me recognizable in the street. So, why didn't I get a lawyer? WHY DON'T YOU ASK THE LAWYERS THAT QUESTION? Good luck getting an answer. It's like trying to get Google to answer an urgent email: impossible.    Arguments Copyright Issues Comedy Sketches Cartoons Lyrics Poems

The Drowning Howl: Saturday July 9, 2022

The Drowning Howl: Saturday July 9, 2022 5:22am Good morning - unless it's the afternoon or evening. Time for another weekly recap at the Drowning Howl. Our top story, after extensive testing, the popular new Smorgasburger was finally deemed safe for consumption yesterday. Authorities had acted on research that connected the fast food option's world-wide appearance with an average two-inch increase in waist size across the population. According to the lab report - sponsored by Foodstuffs - high concentrations of sugar and fat, though present in the sandwich, pose absolutely no threat to your health, as long as you eat nothing else for the rest of the day and follow up with strenuous exercise for four to six hours. They insist that it must be something else making people fat, such as using too much salad dressing. Our future prosperity rests upon firm theoretical foundations, say the mathematicians of Fiscal Foresight, a think tank devoted to economic pro

The Drowning Howl: Sunday July 3, 2022

The Drowning Howl: Sunday July 3, 2022 12:26am: Good evening, and welcome to the Drowning Howl where we make the headlines. Why? Because you deserve better. Population centres along the West coast received a stone warning yesterday, soon after an insatiable forest fire spread into a massive grow op. It has already claimed one casualty, a CL-215 pilot who apparently forgot how to fly his plane while penetrating the thick white cloud of smoke over his target area. Health officials warn all affected citizens to stay indoors if they want to avoid the intoxicating effects of the fire, but no one in Vancouver has yet reported any abnormalities in their mood or appetite. Meteorologists warn of hotter summer temperatures again this year, largely due to greenhouse gas emissions. As industry looks for solutions, beautiful women must cope the old fashioned way, by ventilation. According to experts, beautiful women are most at risk of asphyxiation if they do not shed all of t
